Fiorentina Women bounced back from their Coppa Italia defeat to Juventus to beat the league leaders 2-0 in Serie A on Saturday.
Vero Boquete grabbed both goals - the first a close-range finish and the second a sublime free kick - to help the Viola secure their first victory away to the Bianconere.
The win gives Sebastian De La Fuente's side renewed impetus as they are now six points off the Champions League spots. Next week they will have the chance close the gap on Inter when the Nerazzurre visit Florence.
