Point of reference for Fiorentina in their respective territories, aggregation centers where boys and girls cultivate their ambition in the context best suited to their growth and according to a verified method to cultivate their talent: this represents the Affiliated Academies.
Renewed in 2020, the Project now consists of a network of around 70 sports entities that carry out basic activities and competitive youth activities under the technical guidance of a dedicated staff.
Linked to the Club by a collaborative relationship, the Academies constantly renew themselves by acquiring advanced technical skills and placing the kids and their reference figures at the center of a path of common, sporting and value-based growth.
All the professional figures of the affiliated academies are involved in a one-to-one training process (both online and offline) through which they acquire the key principles of the Viola technical project.
Furthermore, each club has the possibility of accessing a dedicated web portal where they can consult educational/training material and explanatory videos prepared by the Fiorentina staff. Tools which, combined with direct contacts and constant discussions with the Viola staff, allow us to share and be able to put into practice all the Club's know-how.
