This page describes the activities and initiatives that Fiorentina dedicates to all people with different abilities who love football and cultivate the passion for football.
These are the teams made up of athletes with cognitive and relational limitations adopted by Fiorentina. They play 7-a-side football with our colors in the official competitions of the Paralympic and Experimental Football Department of the FIGC.
In 2017, united by the motto #iovogliogiocareacalcio, nine sports organizations that welcome athletes with disabilities throughout Italy finally see their voices heard and give life, adopted by as many Serie A clubs, to the first competition dedicated to Special teams. Among these is AC Ossona, the first Fiorentina For Special, which still plays with the purple colors in the Lombardy tournament.
The following year the movement grows and Fiorentina also adopts the team from ASD QuartoTempo Firenze, who begin to compete in the Tuscan tournament proudly wearing our purple uniforms.

Our Fiorentina For Special project is a concrete commitment to the inclusion and promotion of sporting values. Together with these extraordinary athletes we want to inspire and invite more and more people, regardless of their abilities, to play football and experience the magic of this sport.
We want to offer everyone the opportunity to play football, have fun and grow together. The Special Team is not just a team, but a community that celebrates the diversity and strength of sport as a tool for integration, health and well-being.
