Raffaele Palladino and Marin Pongracic held a press conference on Wednesday ahead of Thursday's Conference League quarter-final second leg against Celje.
Here's some of what they had to say:
PALLADINO
SELECTION - “The players are in good shape and they've worked really hard the last few days. They're all fine except [Andrea] Colpani. [Robin] Gosens is fit again.”
PRIORITIES - “We want to compete in all competitions. It's still all to play for in the league and we're very proud to be in the quarter-finals of the Conference League.”
PARMA - “You learn something from every game. We wanted three points but sometimes you have to respect your opponents. We've won four and drawn two of our last six games so we needn't beat ourselves up about it. Tomorrow I want to see a gritty team because this is a huge game for us.”
GROUP DINNER – “Yesterday we had a really nice evening with the president and his wife Catherine. Commisso loves Fiorentina and it's hard people with such a big heart in football.”
FAGIOLI - “Nicolo is fine. He's already expressed his thoughts on social media. He'll always have my support, just as all the others will too.”
GUDMUNDSSON - “Albert is having a great season and now he's found a bit of consistency. Sometimes I have to rest and protect him a bit.”
ZANIOLO - “The change of formation hasn't really helped him but he's always been ready and available. He's a well-grounded lad who gives his all on the training ground. We believe in him. There are lots of games still to play.”
PONGRACIC
CELJE - “We must be switched on from the get-go because they have nothing to lose. We've prepared well for Celje. At this stage of the season, every game in any competition is like a final.”
FORMATION - “Everyone is doing a great job. We're giving very little away to opponents and our attacking players are pressing really well too. We have to keep doing what we're doing.”
MOOD - “The mood in the camp is excellent. We have lots of quality players and we're all determined to be successful.”
FAGIOLI - “We're a team and obviously we're all there for him if he needs anything but Nicolo is perfectly calm and he doesn't need any particular support.”
