In order to access the stadium, all individuals (including children of any age and height) must be in possession of a ticket. The ownership of a ticket to the Artemio Franchi Stadium automatically implies acceptance of the Stadium Use Regulations and the Code of Conduct, which can be consulted in the section of the official website www.acffiorentina.com/documents.
At the entrance of the stadium, personal data will be checked against the ones entered at the moment of purchase. It is mandatory to show a valid identity document that certifies the residence.
23/24 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS’ PROMO: Promotion available during phase one for former season ticket holders of the 2023/2024 season, who didn’t purchase a 2024/2025 season ticket. The promotion is available exclusively for former 2023/2024 season ticket holders and is non-transferable.
PROMO GENERAZIONE VIOLA: Promotion available during phase one for InViola Premium/Gold Card holders.

SEASON TICKET RESALE
from the beginning of general sale until 25 hours before the game with two modes:
In case of successful resale, the subscriber will receive the credit due to them (50% of the face value of resale of the ticket). The credit will be valid for 12 months and it will be possible to use it for any ACF Fiorentina ticketing event. All unsold seats will be automatically returned to the subscriber.
Ticket subscription resale to a specific InViola Premium/Gold Card holder, who will be able to purchase it at a price equal to 50% of the value of the INTERO ticket in the same sector of the Season Ticket Subscription. If the purchase is not finalized by the recipient within 24 hours of the reservation notification and no later than 11:59 p.m. on the day before the game, the title will be returned to the subscriber.

The price is €4.00 for the ticket holder and €6.00 for the accompanying person.

Accreditations can be requested from 10 to 3 days before the match by filling out the form and attaching a valid ID and a photo/scan of your current federation membership card, which you can be found in the ticketing section, in the FEDERAL MEMBERSHIP page.
