PHASE ONE (23/24 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS PROMO AND PROMO GENERAZIONE VIOLA):
From 12:00 PM on March 21st, 2025 until 11:59 PM on March 29th, 2025.
Sale phase dedicated to 2023/2024 season ticket holders who didn’t renew the 2024/2025 season ticket, and general sale with Promo Generazione Viola for InViola Premium/Gold Card holders. Foreign citizens residing abroad and Under 14 can purchase tickets for all the local sectors without the InViola Premium/Gold Card.
PHASE TWO (FULL PRICE MATCH-DAY):

Foreign tourists residing abroad and Under 14 can purchase tickets for all the local sectors without the InViola Premium/Gold Card.
Following Resolution no. 11/2025 of the O.N.M.S. and the Organizational Measures taken at the G.O.S. :
1. Purchase of tickets for local sectors
Each ticket holder (excluding foreign tourists residing abroad and under 14) must possess the InViola Premium/Gold Card, in order to purchase local sectors.
2. Sales to residents of Lombardia (Away sector)
Residents of the region of Lombardia can purchase tickets only for the Away sector, with a ATALANTA B.C. fidelity card.
Sales for the Away Sector, identified as CURVA ESTERNA (CE1) with a limited capacity, will start at 3:00 PM on March 24th, 2025. Sales will end at 7:00 PM on March 29th, 2025, for ATALANTA BC fidelity card holders only. Tickets will be available at https://acffiorentina.vivaticket.it/index.php

In order to access the stadium, all individuals (including children of any age and height) must be in possession of a ticket. The ownership of a ticket to the Artemio Franchi Stadium automatically implies acceptance of the Stadium Use Regulations and the Code of Conduct, which can be consulted in the section of the official website www.acffiorentina.com/documents.
At the entrance of the stadium, personal data will be checked against the ones entered at the moment of purchase. It is mandatory to show a valid identity document that certifies the residence.
23/24 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS’ PROMO: Promotion available during phase one for former season ticket holders of the 2023/2024 season, who didn’t purchase a 2024/2025 season ticket. The promotion is available exclusively for former 2023/2024 season ticket holders and is non-transferable.
PROMO GENERAZIONE VIOLA: Promotion available during phase one for InViola Premium/Gold Card holders.
REDUCED UNDER 14: InViola Premium/Gold Card not required; promotion reserved for those born from 01/01/2011 and the purchase is allowed together with a PROMO GENERAZIONE VIOLA or a 23/24 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS PROMO ticket.
REDUCED UNDER 14 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS: InViola Premium/Gold Card not required; promotion reserved to those born from 01/01/2011 and the purchase is allowed exclusively together with a 24/25 Season Ticket Subscription, by inserting the number of their InViola Premium/Gold Card.
PROMO TOGETHER: promotion available in Tribuna Vip and Tribuna d’Onore sectors, from 1 to 3 tickets at 50% discount, when purchasing a PROMO GENERAZIONE VIOLA ticket.
Season ticket subscribers will be able to use the resale service via https://acffiorentina.vivaticket.it/index.php at the “Resale season ticket” section from 12:00 PM on March 21st, 2025, until 25 hours before the game with two modes:
RESALE ON VIVATICKET:
In case of successful resale, the subscriber will receive the credit due to them (50% of the face value of resale of the ticket). The credit will be valid for 12 months and it will be possible to use it for any ACF Fiorentina ticketing event. All unsold seats will be automatically returned to the subscriber.
VIOLA TICKET SWAP:
Ticket subscription resale to a specific InViola Premium/Gold Card holder, who will be able to purchase it at a price equal to 50% of the value of the PROMO GENERAZIONE VIOLA ticket in the same sector of the Season Ticket Subscription.
Tickets for people with disabilities (ambulatory or non-ambulatory) with a disability rating of 80% or higher, including an accompanying person, can be requested through the online Form which can be found in the ticketing section page "people with disabilities", by clicking the following link: https://www.acffiorentina.com/en/diversamente-abili
The price is €4.00 for the ticket holder and €6.00 for the accompanying person.

Match at 6 pm, 6:30 pm → opening at 9:30 am
Match at 8:45 pm → opening at 2 pm
Sunday match day:
Match at 12:30 pm → opening at 9 am
Match at 3:00 pm → opening at 9:30 am
Match at 6 pm, 6:30 pm, 8:45 pm → opening at 2 pm
(Saturday with regular weekly hours 9:30 am – 6 pm)
Accreditations can be requested from 10 to 3 days before the match by filling out the form and attaching a valid ID and a photo/scan of your current federation membership card, which you can be found in the ticketing section, in the FEDERAL MEMBERSHIP page.
A confirmation—or denial—of the accreditation will follow.
