MYFIORENTINA Account Cancellation

To cancel your MyFiorentina account, you must send a request using the appropriate form below. The cancellation will be evaluated and can only be carried out by ACF Fiorentina staff after having verified the feasibility.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CANCELLATION

• Deletion of your account will not be possible if you have placed orders or requests for tickets, products or services.
• If cancellation is not possible, your account will still be disabled and stored separately in our systems, to allow any future access for the exercise of mutual rights.

CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION

If the cancellation request is accepted:

• All information associated with your account will be deleted, including points earned, levels achieved and badges earned.
• It will not be possible to recover the deleted account or the data associated with it in the future.
• You will no longer be able to access the MYFIORENTINA personal area, either from the web or via the app.
• You will still be able to create a new account, which will start from scratch and will have no connection with the previously deleted account.

PROCEDURE FOR MANAGING THE REQUEST

1. Sending the request:
   The customer fills in all the required fields in the form below and sends the request to ACF Fiorentina.
   
   
2. Analysis of the request:
   ACF Fiorentina takes charge of the request, analyzes it and evaluates its feasibility.
   
   
3. Result notification:
   A notification will be sent to the contact regarding the outcome of the analysis and we will proceed accordingly and without further notice to:
   • In case of successful request (account deletion)
     ACF Fiorentina will proceed with the cancellation of the account on all systems managed through SSO "MYFIORENTINA"
   • In case of rejected request (cancellation not possible)
     The account will be deactivated and the contact will be removed from all marketing lists relating to systems managed via SSO "MYFIORENTINA"
