According to current procedures, AIA, CONI, and FIGC membership cards alone do not constitute a valid ticket for access to the Artemio Franchi Stadium or Viola Park and, therefore, do not grant entry unless accreditation is requested in advance.

ACF Fiorentina has established an accreditation service for AIA-CONI-FIGC card holders, which allows, upon registration to MyFiorentina, the issuance of a ticket in compliance with Ministerial Decree 08/02/2007 No. 8. This applies to home matches of the Men’s First Team, Women’s Team, and Men’s Primavera, played at both the Artemio Franchi Stadium in Florence and the Viola Park stadiums (Curva Fiesole and Davide Astori), following the procedure below:

  • ACCREDITATION REQUEST PROCEDURE

IMPORTANT: All fields of the form must be completed, and the following documents must be attached:

  • A front and back copy of a valid identity document;
  • A front and back copy of the AIA, CONI, or FIGC card for the year 2023 or 2024.

Accreditation requests that do not meet the required criteria, are incomplete, and/or do not comply with the attached documentation will be considered invalid and rejected.

Tickets granted through this service are strictly personal and non-transferable. Failure to comply with the Stadium Regulations and Code of Conduct (available here) will result in the application of the measures provided for by current regulations.

  • AVAILABILITY

Due to the renovation works at the Franchi Stadium commissioned by the Municipality of Florence, the number of available seats is significantly lower than in previous seasons. ACF Fiorentina reserves the right to accept requests based on the order of submission and to validate only those received within the specified deadline, processing them in accordance with its Ticketing Policy.

  • REQUEST PERIOD

Accreditations can be requested from 10 to 3 days before the event date, as soon as the form for the relevant match becomes available.

Example: For a match scheduled on 26/08/2023, requests can be submitted from 16/08/2023 to 23/08/2023 (inclusive).

*For holders of a Tribuna d’Onore Federal card, if the request is accepted but the Tribuna d’Onore sector is fully booked, accreditation will be issued for another Tribune sector.

  • TICKET COLLECTION

After verification, confirmation or denial of federal accreditation will be sent. Once the request period has ended and accreditation is confirmed, the ticket will be emailed in PDF format to the address provided in the form.

  • STADIUM ACCESS

To enter the stadium, in addition to the ticket/accreditation received via email, attendees must present their federal membership card and a valid original identity document.

Security personnel will check these requirements, and access to the stadium will be denied in the absence of the required documentation.

Tickets granted through this service are strictly personal and non-transferable.

Once the submitted documentation has been reviewed, an email will be sent confirming or denying federal accreditation.

Requests for tickets for Youth Sector home matches must be sent via email to accreditifederali@acffiorentina.it at least 48 hours before the match. The subject of the email must indicate the event of interest, and a front and back copy of both the identity document and federal membership card must be attached.
